The term "biological agriculture" or "organic agriculture", is simple explained : is an agricultural practice that admits only the employment of natural substances, present that is in nature, excluding itself the substances chemistries synthetized from the people.

As you well know the agriculture biological not is one recent invention or "fashion" but laughed them to beyond 10.000 years. Practical is a traditional pratice that has allowed the survival and the development of humanity for many of millenium. Only at the beginning of slid century, to work of chemical german justus von liebig (1803-1873), you appeared the first substances chemistries in field agricultural.

An other anomaly is to search itself also on the law of the economic profit that it has always produced and unfortunately, will continue to produce, ecological instability in the world.

Biological agriculture but is not a simple return to past reputiade the scientific discoveries and technological innovations but it allows to learn to use the instruments that the progress puts to our disposition. In fact in biological agriculture they are recovered practical agricultural traditional making also use of new products and innovations.

Today biological agriculture is officially recognized and comes also stimulated with public funds. Also its regulation has made giant steps with precise norms that regulate every minimum aspect to safeguard the atmosphere and the consumers with the entrance in vigor of european law (reg. Eec nr 2092/91), national laws and to times also of regional laws (toscana)
